Financial simulator protoype

I was a Product Designer in 2017 for Insitum (an innovation consultancy acquired by Accenture in 2019) for 2 months. In this role, I worked on a project for BBVA focused on optimizing credit financial services. I thoroughly analyzed three digital credit simulators on the intranet, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. This phase included a detailed analysis of each tool's functionality, actions, and user experience.

I worked with my team to design interview guides and usability testing materials, and then we conducted in-depth interviews with branch executives. These interviews provided key insights into how the simulators were used and which aspects needed improvement. Based on this data, I developed insight reports and designed materials for a co-creation workshop with 15 participants, including BBVA managers.

Finally, based on the findings, I created low-fidelity UX prototypes that guided the design team in improving the simulators.
