Since 2007, I have dedicated my professional career to designing and developing digital and technology projects.
I hold a Master's degree in Strategic Design and Innovation (Universidad Iberoamericana, 2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication (UNAM, 2008), and I’m currently enrolled in a Data Science and Machine Learning specialization program at MIT- IDSS.
Early in my career, I focused on full-stack design and development of web platforms and mobile applications for the private sector, working with clients such as TELMEX, HSBC, BBVA, Energizer, Bonafont, Editorial Santillana, and Grupo Posadas. After earning my master's degree in 2013, I decided to focus on projects related to social innovation, civic technology, and public policies.
I have led and collaborated on the design of technology innovation projects with various national and Latin American organizations, including Fundación IDEA, C230 Consultores, Transparencia Mexicana, IMCO, Codeando México, Cívica Digital, Borde Político, ITDP, Laboratorio para la Ciudad, Chicas Poderosas, CONNECTAS Colombia, and the Fundación para el Nuevo Periodismo Iberoamericano.
I was awarded a Digital Fellowship at the ICFJ Mobile Innovation Lab at The Guardian NY in 2016. In 2017, I was a Visiting Fellow at the Nieman Foundation at Harvard University, MA.
I am a Design Thinking facilitator and a passionate UX Design, UI Design, User-Centered Design, and Creative Techniques instructor.
